Services

Here are the services Foxglove Psychotherapy is happy to offer at this time.

Free Consultation

This is a free 15 minute consultation between you and Sarah Drost. Free consultations aim to answer any questions you may have and to see if the therapist may be someone you would feel comfortable working with.

1-1 Virtual or Phone Call Session

Therapy sessions are 50 minutes or 75 minutes in length. Clients work with the therapist to first, gather information. Then, to work together on goals, discuss life experiences and create a stronger understanding of self. Sometimes therapy sessions work to alleviate trauma responses, depression, anxiety and more.

Group Sessions

Groups sessions will be available in the summer. These will include groups for parents of teens who are learning emotional regulation, groups for those who are grieving and many more. Please check back for updates.

How often do I book sessions?

Frequency is something we will discuss in the consultations. Some people meet weekly, others monthly. Needs will change over time as well. Therapy concludes as the client and practitioner feel necessary.

What does therapy look like?

Therapy is a safe space to explore what is needed. I help to validate your experience and ask questions to help you gain insight into your self and your life. Depending on the modality, we may set goals, or explore narratives as well.

Do you provide homework?

Some clients enjoy receiving homework or contemplation work to do in between sessions. Life is an ongoing journey. Some weeks it may be helpful to practice skills and others it is helpful to release and process in session only. Lets discuss what works for you.
